Free legal representation
We are proud to volunteer with public service organizations who provide pro bono legal services to indigent persons in the Kansas City area.
We only accept pro bono cases referred by those organizations we work with. If you need legal assistance but can not afford to hire an attorney, you may wish to contact Legal Aid of Western Missouri to see if you qualify.
Need based legal fees adjustment
If you do not qualify for assistance from Legal Aid, but can not afford our fees, please ask us about our fee reduction policy. Decisions on fee adjustments are made entitely from our subjective determination of need and the specifics of the legal representation desired.
