You must make an appointment to meet with an attorney. We will not advise those who are not yet a client of our firm. Since we are often in court or meeting with other clients, we do not accept walk-ins. Instead, simply call us at (816) 286-4844 to schedule an appointment. If we are unavailable to take your call then, we will usually return your call the same day, but no later than one business day.
Our office does offer free consultations of up to half an hour to discuss retaining our representation. We may require a small payment prior to scheduling an appointment, but such payment will be refunded if the prospective client keeps the scheduled appointment.
Since we know meeting with us during normal business hours is not always possible or convenient, we can arrange telephone consultations during the evenings and Saturdays. We can also meet with you by webcam if you prefer.
Prior to your appointment, we ask you to complete and return the client intake questionaire which just asks for basic information about the reason for your appointment.
