Although we do not actively seek new clients for the types of cases below,  we often take on general legal matters for our clients or assist them in retaining outside counsel if desired.

Matters we may handle for existing clients include:

Personal Bankruptcy - Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases only
Contracts - Review and counseling regarding various type of contracts
Estate Planning including drafting of wills and health care directives
Estate Administration in Probate - for the personal representative of the estate or claims against an estate
Criminal matters depending upon the nature of charge
Traffic Tickets - generally only those from local jurisdictions
Divorce and Family Law - generally uncontested matters
Rights under Consumer Protection Laws
Landlord-Tenant Disputes
Real Estate Cases

If we decline a matter for whatever reason, we typically offer to assist clients in retaining appropriate counsel.
